Everyday, we are constantly learning new things and we learn from our mistakes and try not to make that mistake. We often think that what we are doing is accurate but not taking accountability with their action that they have done. Once people do that, they will become better person and taking that accountability. The things I do everyday, as a student and work, I always be nice to whoever approach me and have conversation with them because you don't know if they are having a bad day or going through something. Your action towards it makes their day.
